Good software is understandable software. If a client cannot explain how their app works to a colleague, the design has not finished its job. If a user needs a tutorial for a routine task, the interface has not either.
We prefer fewer features done carefully. We write things down. We show work early, when changes are cheap, rather than late, when they are not.

- We are not a 24-hour operation, and we do not offer emergency on-call cover. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time.
